Terms and conditions :-

By purchasing or participating in any Veesha Yoga & Wellness membership, class, workshop, wellness experience or sauna service, members agree to the following standard terms and conditions:

1.    General Participation
All yoga classes, wellness experiences, workshops, meditation sessions, sound healing sessions and sauna services are undertaken voluntarily and at the member’s own risk.

Members acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and wellness practices which may involve inherent risks including injury, dehydration, dizziness, muscle strain or health complications.

Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate.

2.    Health & Medical Responsibility
Members must inform Veesha Yoga & Wellness of any relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns, heat sensitivity, respiratory conditions or other health issues prior to participating in classes or sauna experiences.

If uncertain, members should seek medical advice before participation.

3.    Infrared Sauna Use
Infrared sauna access is available only to eligible Premium Members and approved participants.

Members acknowledge that sauna use involves exposure to heat and may not be suitable for everyone.

Sauna use is not recommended for individuals who:
• are pregnant
• have cardiovascular conditions
• have uncontrolled blood pressure concerns
• are sensitive to heat
• are under the influence of alcohol or substances
• have medical conditions that may be aggravated by heat exposure

Members participate in sauna experiences entirely at their own risk.

Veesha Yoga & Wellness, its owners, teachers, contractors and staff shall not be held liable for:

• injuries
• dehydration
• fainting
• allergic reactions
• medical complications
• loss or damage of personal belongings
• or any physical or emotional outcomes associated with sauna use, classes or wellness experiences.

4.    Membership Terms
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Foundation pricing and VIP launch pricing are limited offers and may not be available after launch periods conclude.

Membership benefits, class schedules, workshop inclusions and wellness offerings may evolve over time.

5.    Guest Passes
Guest passes included in Premium Memberships are subject to availability and standard studio booking policies.

Guest passes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside approved usage.

6.Underage Members & Children

Members under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian unless attending an approved supervised class. Children are not permitted to use the sauna unless expressly approved and supervised by a parent/guardian.

7.    Workshops & Wellness Experiences
Selected workshops, events and wellness experiences may incur additional charges unless otherwise specified.

Discounted or priority access benefits are subject to availability.

8.    Studio Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, guests and other members at all times.

Veesha Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships in cases of inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

9.    Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veesha Yoga & Wellness shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage or claim arising from participation in:
• yoga classes
• wellness services
• workshops
• events
• sound healing
• meditation
• sauna experiences
• or use of studio facilities.

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the member’s own discretion and risk.

Veesha Wellness accepts no liability for injury, illness or adverse reactions arising from sauna use or unsupervised access except where required by law.

10. Underage Members & Children

Members under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian unless attending an approved supervised class. Children are not permitted to use the sauna unless expressly approved and supervised by a parent/guardian.

11.Photography & Social Media
Photography and video content may occasionally be captured during studio events, workshops or community experiences for marketing and social media purposes.

Members may advise staff if they do not wish to appear in such content.

12. Agreement
By purchasing a membership, attending a class, entering the sauna or participating in any Veesha Yoga & Wellness experience, members acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
