1. General Participation

Participation in yoga classes, wellness experiences, workshops, meditation, sound healing, breathwork and infrared sauna sessions is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the member's own risk.

Members acknowledge that participation involves physical movement and wellness practices which may involve inherent risks including (but not limited to):

  • muscle soreness or strain

  • dizziness

  • dehydration

  • falls or injury

  • heat-related illness

  • aggravation of existing medical conditions

Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate.

2. Health & Medical Responsibility

Members must inform Veesha Yoga & Wellness of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns, respiratory conditions, heat sensitivity or any other relevant health issues before participating in classes or sauna sessions.

If unsure whether participation is appropriate, members should seek medical advice before attending.

Members participate at their own discretion and accept responsibility for monitoring their own physical condition throughout the experience.

3. Infrared Sauna Use

Infrared sauna access is available only to eligible Premium Members and approved participants.

The Veesha infrared sauna is a self-guided wellness experience.

Members are responsible for:

  • selecting their preferred temperature

  • setting their preferred session duration

  • adjusting sauna controls during their session if required

Infrared saunas require time to warm up and operating temperatures may vary depending on previous use, environmental conditions and individual settings.

Where possible, Veesha staff may preheat the sauna before scheduled bookings as a courtesy. This cannot be guaranteed and should not be considered part of the service.

Members should allow sufficient time for the sauna to reach their preferred temperature.

Sauna use is not recommended for individuals who:

  • are pregnant

  • have cardiovascular disease

  • have uncontrolled blood pressure

  • have heat sensitivity

  • are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • have medical conditions that may be aggravated by heat exposure

Members participate entirely at their own risk.

Veesha Yoga & Wellness accepts no liability for:

  • dehydration

  • fainting

  • burns

  • allergic reactions

  • medical complications

  • injury

  • loss or damage of personal belongings

  • or any physical or emotional outcomes associated with sauna use.

4. Membership Terms

Memberships are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

Foundation, VIP Launch and promotional memberships are limited offers and may not be available after the promotional period concludes.

Membership benefits, schedules, teachers, workshops and wellness offerings may evolve over time.

Minimum Commitment

Certain memberships (including Foundation, VIP Launch and promotional memberships) include a minimum commitment period as specified at the time of purchase.

Memberships cannot ordinarily be cancelled, downgraded or transferred during the minimum commitment period unless otherwise approved by Veesha Yoga & Wellness.

Membership Changes

Requests to upgrade or downgrade memberships require 14 days' written notice and will take effect from the first billing cycle occurring after the notice period.

All benefits of the current membership remain available until the new membership becomes effective.

Membership Pauses

Membership pauses are not included as a standard membership benefit.

Veesha Yoga & Wellness may approve a maximum of 4 weeks pause within 12 months of membership in genuine circumstances at its sole discretion.

Where approved, the minimum commitment period will be extended by the duration of the approved hold.

Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellations require the applicable notice period together with completion of any minimum commitment period.

Cancellation requests do not waive any outstanding commitment obligations.

5. Fair Use

Memberships are intended to provide ongoing access to Veesha services.

Members are expected to use booking privileges responsibly and only reserve classes or sauna sessions they genuinely intend to attend.

Veesha Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to review booking behaviour where usage materially impacts studio operations or other members.

Where necessary, reasonable booking limits or conditions may be introduced to ensure fair access for all members.

6. Guest Passes

Guest passes included with Premium Memberships:

  • are subject to availability

  • are non-transferable

  • cannot be redeemed for cash

  • expire at the end of each membership billing cycle unless otherwise stated

  • remain subject to all studio policies and waivers

7. Class Bookings

Members are encouraged to book classes in advance.

Members may cancel bookings up until the applicable cancellation window.

🌅 Morning classes (before 12 PM): Please cancel your booking by 10 PM the night before.

🌿 Classes from 12 PM onwards: Please cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts.

Late cancellations or no-shows outside these windows will attract a $10 fee.

Thank you for supporting Veesha and our teachers.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur:

  • a $10 late cancellation fee

  • temporary booking restrictions

  • or other reasonable measures designed to ensure fair access for all members.

8. Studio Class Cancellations

Veesha Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to:

  • insufficient bookings

  • teacher illness

  • extreme weather

  • operational requirements

  • unforeseen circumstances

Early morning classes may be confirmed the evening before to provide members with reasonable notice.

Where possible, members will be notified as early as practicable.

9. Workshops & Wellness Experiences

Selected workshops, events and wellness experiences may incur additional charges unless otherwise specified.

Priority booking and member discounts remain subject to availability.

10. Underage Members & Children

Members under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless attending an approved supervised children's program.

Children are not permitted to use the infrared sauna unless expressly approved and directly supervised by a parent or guardian.

11. Studio Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, volunteers, guests and fellow members at all times.

Veesha Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend bookings or terminate memberships where behaviour is considered:

  • unsafe

  • abusive

  • inappropriate

  • disruptive

  • or inconsistent with maintaining a respectful community environment.

Class schedules, teachers, facilities, equipment, temperatures and wellness offerings may change from time to time.

12. Photography & Social Media

Photography and video may occasionally be captured during classes, workshops or community events for promotional purposes.

Members who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify a member of the Veesha team prior to the event.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • meditation

  • breathwork

  • sound healing

  • infrared sauna use

  • or use of studio facilities,

except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Participation remains entirely voluntary and at the member's own risk.

14. Goodwill & Discretion

Any flexibility, goodwill gesture, exception or discretionary accommodation provided by Veesha Yoga & Wellness is offered at the sole discretion of the studio.

Such gestures do not constitute an ongoing entitlement, precedent or variation of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Agreement

By purchasing a membership, attending a class, entering the sauna or participating in any Veesha Yoga & Wellness experience, members acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

VEESHA STRONG + CALM

8-WEEK PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing or participating in Veesha Strong + Calm, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program price

The total program price is $249, including GST where applicable.

The program runs for eight consecutive weeks from the commencement date agreed at enrolment.

2. Program inclusions

The program includes:

  • 16 guided yoga studio sessions across eight weeks

  • A recommended pathway of two studio sessions each week:

    • One strengthening yoga practice

    • One calming, gentle or restorative yoga practice

  • Beginner-friendly personal guidance in the beginning

  • Two starter classes selected from the available timetable, forming part of the 16 sessions

  • One new 15–20 minute home-practice video each week

  • Body-inclusive options and modifications

  • Teacher check-ins and accountability support

  • Flexible booking across eligible weekday morning, afternoon and weekend classes, subject to the published timetable and class capacity

Unused studio sessions do not carry over beyond the eight-week program

3. Bookings and attendance

Participants are responsible for booking classes early enough to secure their preferred times.

A class counts as completed only when the participant attends and participates in the class. Late cancellations and no-shows do not count as completed sessions.

Veesha may reasonably change a teacher, class time or timetable. If Veesha cancels a class and no reasonable alternative is available, the affected credit will be restored and, where necessary, the program period will be extended.

4. Participant responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Complete the starting assessment before their first program class

  • Complete the final assessment within seven days of finishing the program

  • Provide honest scores based on their experience during the previous seven days

  • Inform Veesha about relevant injuries, pregnancy, health conditions, medications or changes affecting safe participation

  • Follow reasonable safety instructions and use suitable modifications

  • Stop and notify the teacher if they experience pain, dizziness, breathlessness or unusual symptoms

5. Four-Weeks-Free Program Promise

A participant may receive an additional four weeks of Strong + Calm at no cost if they meet all the participation requirements and do not record a qualifying change after eight weeks.

Participation requirements

To qualify, the participant must:

  1. Complete the starting scorecard before beginning the program.

  2. Attend at least 12 of the 16 studio sessions within the eight-week period.

  3. Attend at least:

    • Five strengthening classes; and

    • Five calming, gentle or restorative classes.
The remaining qualifying sessions may be from either category.

  4. Complete at least six of the eight weekly home practices.

  5. Follow the agreed Strong + Calm pathway and reasonable teacher guidance.

  6. Complete the final scorecard within seven days of finishing.

  7. Submit any claim within seven calendar days of completing the final assessment.

If Veesha’s cancellations or timetable changes prevent a participant from meeting these requirements, Veesha will reasonably adjust the requirements or extend the completion period.

6. How “change” is measured

We will score you on a few parameters at the start of the program based on your current situation.

A qualifying change has occurred if:

  • Any two parameters improve by two or more points; or

  • The average of the three core outcomes improves by one point or more.

If neither threshold is reached and all participation requirements have been met, the participant qualifies for the four-week extension.

Veesha will verify attendance and program completion but will not replace or retrospectively alter the participant’s self-reported scores.

7. The four-week extension

An eligible extension includes:

  • Four consecutive additional weeks

  • Up to eight guided studio yoga sessions

  • Continued access to the Strong + Calm pathway

The extension:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is not a refund or account credit

  • Cannot be transferred to another person

  • Cannot be exchanged for another membership, workshop, sauna session or service

  • Must commence within 7 days of approval unless otherwise agreed

  • May only be claimed once per participant

This Program Promise is additional to, and does not replace, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Health and safety

Strong + Calm is a general yoga and wellbeing program. It is not medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychological treatment or a weight-loss program.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Participants should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional if they are unsure whether yoga or strengthening exercise is suitable for them.

Teachers may recommend modifications or ask a participant to stop an activity where reasonably necessary for safety. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Change-of-mind cancellations and transfers are subject to Veesha’s published cancellation policy disclosed before purchase.

After the program begins, unused sessions are not refundable or transferable for change of mind, except where required by law or approved by Veesha because of substantiated medical or exceptional circumstances.

10. Personal information and scoring data

Veesha will collect the participant’s contact details, attendance records, assessment scores and relevant health information to:

  • Deliver the program safely

  • Recommend suitable classes and modifications

  • Monitor participation and progress

  • Administer the Program Promise

  • Improve the program using aggregated or de-identified information

Information will be handled in accordance with Veesha’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Assessment results, health information, photographs or testimonials will not be used in public marketing without separate permission.

11. Disputes

Participants should raise questions or disputes directly with Veesha so the matter can be reviewed in good faith.

These Terms do not prevent a participant from contacting Consumer Affairs Victoria, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or another relevant body.

12. Acceptance

I confirm that:

  • I have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  • I understand the requirements of the Four-Weeks-Free Program Promise.

  • I consent to the collection and use of my assessment and relevant health information for the purposes described above.

  • I understand that the program does not guarantee medical, weight-loss or identical individual outcomes.

VEESHA GUIDED RESET

6-WEEK PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Program duration

The Veesha Guided Reset runs for 6 consecutive weeks from the participant's agreed commencement date.

The program and its inclusions must be used within the six-week program period unless Veesha Yoga & Wellness agrees otherwise in writing.

2. Program inclusions

The $299 Guided Reset includes:

  • 12 eligible Veesha studio classes

  • 2 × 45-minute private guidance sessions

  • 1 × personal mindfulness coaching or sound-bath session

  • 6 × infrared sauna sessions

  • personalised Strength + Softness class pathway

  • weekly accountability and habit tracking

  • beginning and final progress reviews

Unused inclusions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services or transferred to another person unless agreed by Veesha Yoga & Wellness.

3. Class bookings

Classes remain subject to the regular Veesha timetable, availability and booking requirements.

Participation in the Guided Reset does not guarantee a place in a particular class or time slot.

Veesha may occasionally change, substitute or cancel classes or teachers where reasonably necessary.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

Regular Veesha booking and cancellation policies apply.

For classes commencing before 12 PM, cancellations must be made by 10 PM the previous evening.

For classes commencing from 12 PM onwards, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class commencement.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be treated as a used program class and may be subject to Veesha's applicable late cancellation/no-show fee.

5. Private session rescheduling

At least 24 hours' notice should be provided to reschedule a private session, mindfulness session or personal sound-bath session.

Late cancellations or missed private appointments may be treated as used, except where Veesha agrees otherwise due to exceptional circumstances.

6. Infrared sauna

Sauna sessions are subject to availability and Veesha's sauna safety rules.

Participants are responsible for determining whether infrared sauna use is appropriate for them and should seek medical advice before participating if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that may affect heat tolerance, or have any other reason to be uncertain about sauna use.

A sauna session may be declined or discontinued where Veesha reasonably considers this necessary for safety.

7. Health and participation

Participants are responsible for informing Veesha and their teacher of relevant injuries, pregnancy, health concerns or physical limitations before participating.

Yoga, strength work, sauna, mindfulness and other wellness practices are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Participants should work within their own capacity, follow appropriate modifications and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.

Where appropriate, participants should obtain clearance from their healthcare professional before commencing.

8. Progress reviews

The program may assess changes across areas such as:

  • strength

  • mobility and flexibility

  • energy

  • sleep quality

  • general aches or stiffness

  • stress/calm

  • confidence

  • consistency and habits

  • overall sense of wellbeing

These measures are intended to help participants reflect on their individual progress and are not medical assessments or diagnoses.

9. Results

The Guided Reset is designed to provide structure, guidance and accountability, but individual results vary.

Veesha Yoga & Wellness does not guarantee specific physical, health, fitness, weight-loss or wellbeing outcomes.

Progress depends on factors including attendance, participation, individual circumstances and activities outside the program.

10. Pauses and extensions

Because the Guided Reset is a short, structured six-week program with limited places and personalised support, membership-style pauses do not ordinarily apply.

Extensions may be considered by Veesha in exceptional circumstances at its discretion and subject to applicable consumer law.

11. Refunds

The program is non-refundable for change of mind once the participant has commenced the program or used any program inclusion, except where a refund or other remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Personal accountability

Weekly check-ins and reminders are provided as supportive accountability.

The participant remains responsible for booking and attending their sessions, completing agreed activities and communicating with Veesha where they need assistance.

13. Program places

Guided Reset places are intentionally limited because of the level of individual support involved.

Purchase secures one participant's place for the agreed six-week period and cannot ordinarily be transferred to another person.

14. Acceptance

By purchasing or commencing the Veesha Guided Reset, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and Veesha Yoga & Wellness's general studio policies.
