Hi - I am Eesha!
Like many people, I spent years being the responsible, high-performing, career-driven person, constantly pushing, achieving, and holding it all together.
In the middle of my role as Head of Technology, a severe incident and period of mental stress forced me to pause and question everything - my pace, my purpose, and the way I was living.
That moment led me to a healing centre in Thailand, where I experienced something I hadn’t felt before a space that was both supportive and non-judgmental, with practices that helped me reconnect with myself in a deeper way.
But when I returned to Melbourne, I found myself facing a familiar challenge - one that many people experience:
intense fitness spaces that didn’t feel sustainable
and traditional practices that didn’t always feel accessible
I realised there was a gap.
I wanted something more balanced. Something real.
That’s how Veesha was created.
A space that brings together:

movement and stillness
With a background in both corporate life and yoga, I understand the realities of stress, time pressure and modern living.
Veesha isn’t about stepping away from life, it’s about feeling better within it.
My intention is simple: to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more supported in navigating everyday life.
